• How long does shipping usually take?

Orders are shipped from our warehouse in Berlin, Germany within 2-3 business days and handled by DHL and local postal services.

Please note: The following delivery estimates are based on our experience and may vary. During peak times or due to unforeseen delays, shipments might take longer. We appreciate your understanding in such cases.

Germany: 1-3 business days

EU + UK: 5-7 business days

USA: 10-14 business days

Canada: 3-4 weeks

OZ: 4-6 weeks

Rest of the world: 2 weeks +

• What if an Item doesnt fit or I dont like it?

No worries – if something doesn’t fit or you simply change your mind, you can return or exchange any item within 30 days. No hard feelings. Just send me an Email via: connect@consumed-studios.com

• How do I cancel/ change my order?

Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel or modify orders once they have been paid. Our warehouse operates with an automated system to ensure fast and error-free shipping. However, you can exchange or return any item

• What if I need to change my address?

After your order has been placed, we are unable to change the shipping address. If you made a mistake or the delivery was unsuccessful, please let us know. We can resend your parcel once it returns to our warehouse.

• Do I have to pay custom duties If I order from outside of Europe?

When shipping to non-EU countries, additional taxes or costs (e.g. customs duties) may be incurred in the context of your order, which are not paid by us. To avoid unexpected costs, please check the import regulations for your country in advance.

• I got a damaged/ different/ defective Item - whats next ?

If this happens, please contact our customer service connect@consumed-studios.com. We need your order number (#1234), a photo of the defective item and a description of the issue. If you received the wrong item, we need a photo of the product pls.
