⚖️ Terms & Conditions (T&Cs)

§1 Scope

These Terms & Conditions apply to all orders placed by consumers and businesses via the online stores of Human Lifemaxxing (Consumed Studios) on Shopify and Amazon.

A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business, or profession.

§2 Contracting Party

The purchase contract is concluded with:

§3 Conclusion of Contract

The presentation of products on our online stores does not constitute a legally binding offer but an invitation to place an order.
By clicking the order button, the customer makes a binding offer to purchase the goods.
The contract is concluded when Human Lifemaxxing accepts the order via email confirmation or dispatch of the goods.

§4 Prices & Shipping Costs

All prices are in Euro (€) and include statutory VAT.
Shipping is free within Germany and worldwide for orders over €100.
Below this amount, shipping costs are displayed during checkout.

§5 Delivery

Delivery is made worldwide to the address provided by the customer.
Delivery times are indicated in the respective product offer.

§6 Payment Methods

All payment methods available on Shopify or Amazon are accepted, including PayPal, credit card, Klarna, Sofortüberweisung, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Amazon Pay.

§7 Retention of Title

The goods remain the property of Human Lifemaxxing until full payment has been received.

§8 Right of Withdrawal

Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal as described in the following Withdrawal Policy.

§9 Warranty

Statutory warranty rights apply.

§10 Liability

Liability for damages caused by us, our legal representatives, or vicarious agents is unlimited in cases of:

  • injury to life, body, or health,

  • intent or gross negligence,

  • breach of essential contractual obligations,

  • product liability under the Product Liability Act.

§11 Dispute Resolution

We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute resolution before a consumer arbitration board.

§12 Governing Law

German law applies, excluding UN Sales Law (CISG).
Consumer rights under the mandatory law of the consumer's country of residence remain unaffected.

 

📄 Withdrawal Policy / Right of Cancellation

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day you, or a third party indicated by you (not the carrier), take possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us:

of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g., email).

Effects of Withdrawal
We will refund all payments received from you without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days of the day we receive the goods back or proof of return shipment. Refunds are made using the same payment method you used for the original transaction.
