We offer a 30-day return window. This means you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, unworn, with tags attached, and in its original packaging.
A receipt or other proof of purchase is required.
How to Start a Return

If your return is accepted, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including (but not limited to):

Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)

Custom or personalised items (e.g., special orders)

Personal care products (e.g., beauty/cosmetic items)

Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
If you’re unsure whether your item is eligible, please contact us before purchasing or returning.
Sale items and gift cards are not eligible for return.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, purchase the new item in a separate order.
European Union – 14-Day Right of Withdrawal
Notwithstanding the above, if your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. As above, items must be returned in the same condition you received them—unused, unworn, with tags, and in the original packaging—and you’ll need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know whether the refund is approved.
If approved, we’ll refund your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund.
