📦 Shipping Policy / Delivery Terms

§1 Delivery Area

Delivery is made worldwide to the address provided by the customer.
Incorrect or incomplete address information that prevents delivery may result in additional costs borne by the customer.

§2 Delivery Times

Unless otherwise stated in the product offer:

Within Germany: usually within 3–7 business days after conclusion of the contract (or receipt of payment if prepayment is agreed).
Within the EU: usually 5–10 business days.
Outside the EU (Worldwide): usually 10–21 business days.

Note: International shipments may be subject to customs clearance and delays outside our control.

§3 Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are displayed during checkout.

Free shipping for orders over €100.
Orders below this threshold incur shipping charges displayed at checkout.
Customs duties, import taxes, or other fees for shipments outside the EU are borne by the customer.

§4 Shipping Carriers

Shipments are made via standard carriers (e.g., DHL, Deutsche Post, UPS).
Carrier choice is at the discretion of the seller; customers have no entitlement to a specific carrier.

§5 Risk of Loss

For consumers, the risk of accidental loss or deterioration of the goods passes to the customer upon delivery.
For business customers, risk passes upon handover to the first carrier.

§6 Partial Deliveries

Partial deliveries are permitted if reasonable for the customer.
No additional shipping costs apply for subsequent deliveries.

§7 Non-availability

If a product is unavailable due to force majeure, supply shortages, or unforeseen events, the customer will be informed immediately and any payments refunded.

§8 Return Shipping Costs

In case of withdrawal, Human Lifemaxxing (Consumed Studios) bears the direct cost of returning goods, provided they are returned in the same condition as delivered within the legal withdrawal period.
Refunds are issued immediately, no later than 14 days after receipt of the returned goods or proof of shipment.
